These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Gamma IPTV website at gammaeiptv.online and the streaming subscription we provide there. When you start a trial, create an account, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you're good with them. If you're not, please don't use the service.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

Signing up — whether that's a free trial or a paid plan — means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest move is to skip the signup.

2. What Gamma IPTV Actually Is

Gamma IPTV is a paid streaming service that delivers live TV channels and on-demand video over the internet. You'll find a few ways to subscribe:

• Monthly, quarterly, half-year, and yearly billing options.
• 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers, depending on how many devices you stream on.
• A free 24-hour trial — one per new account.

Channel lineups, on-demand catalogs, and features can shift by region and may change as licensing deals come and go. We'll keep things steady where we can, but we can't promise the lineup is frozen forever.

3. Your Account

• You'll need a working email address to register.
• Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One subscription is for one household. Don't share credentials with friends, family in other homes, or anyone else.
• You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the service the way a normal person would — for watching TV at home. That means:

• Streaming on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Running the number of simultaneous streams your plan allows, no more.

5. What's Not Allowed

Don't do any of this:

• Share, resell, or hand out your account or service access.
• Use bots, scripts, or any automated tooling to hit the service.
• Try to get around region locks or any security measures we've put in place.
• Record, capture, or store our streams to redistribute later.
• Use the service for any commercial setup (bars, gyms, offices) without written permission from us.
• Hammer our servers in a way that disrupts the service for other people.

Break these rules and we'll suspend your account on the spot — no refund.

6. Payments & Billing

• Prices show in USD. Local taxes might be added at checkout.
• Payments run through trusted third parties (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't store your card numbers ourselves.
• Subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each cycle unless you cancel first.
• You'll get a heads-up email before each renewal. If you don't want to keep going, cancel before that date — that's on you.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Just message us on WhatsApp or use our contact form. Cancellations kick in at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep watching until that period wraps up.

8. Refunds

Refund details live in our Refund Policy. Short version: we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Auto-renewals aren't refundable, so use that cancel button if you're on the fence.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, and we work hard to hit it. That said, we can't promise the stream will never blink. We're not on the hook for downtime caused by:

• Your home internet acting up.
• Planned or emergency maintenance on our end.
• Stuff outside our control (think outages at major upstream providers, natural disasters, etc.).
• Channel partners going dark or licensing deals shifting.

10. Intellectual Property

Every channel and on-demand title we deliver is owned by or licensed to its original rights holder. Gamma IPTV doesn't own the broadcast content itself. The site design, our code, the logo, and the brand name are ours, though — please don't copy them.

11. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gamma IPTV isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of the service. If you ever do bring a claim against us under these Terms, the most we'd owe you is whatever you paid for your current subscription cycle.

12. Indemnification

If you break these Terms or misuse the service and that ends up costing us — say, a third-party claim or a legal bill — you agree to cover those reasonable costs and keep Gamma IPTV, our team, and our agents out of it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms fall under applicable international commercial law. If something goes sideways, let's try to sort it out by talking first. If that doesn't work, the dispute heads to binding arbitration.

14. Updates to These Terms

We might tweak these Terms when something material changes. When we do, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Keep using the service after that and you're agreeing to the new version — so it's worth a quick re-read when you spot a fresh date.
