Privacy Policy
Plain English on what Gamma IPTV collects, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.
Gamma IPTV ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously — and we don't think a privacy policy needs to read like a tax form. This page explains, in plain English, what data we collect when you visit gammaeiptv.online or use our IPTV service, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who We Are
Gamma IPTV is a paid subscription service for live TV and on-demand streaming. If you've got a privacy question, you can reach us through our contact page or message us directly on WhatsApp — we usually reply the same day.
2. Data We Collect
Stuff you give us
- Email address — we need this to set up your account and send your login details.
- Payment info — handled by our processors (PayPal, Stripe, or crypto). We never see or store your full card number.
- Name — totally optional. Only used if you ask us a support question and want a personal reply.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.
Stuff your browser shares automatically
- IP address — used briefly for fraud checks and to show pricing in your local currency. We don't keep it on file.
- Browser and device type — picked up via cookies so the site loads properly on your screen.
- Pages you visit and time on site — analytics cookies (more in our Cookies Policy).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your Gamma IPTV subscription.
- To send you your login credentials and the occasional service update.
- To run payments through our processors safely.
- To answer your support questions.
- To keep the site fast and spot fraudulent sign-ups.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data — full stop. We don't run automated profiling that affects your legal rights either.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the European Union, here's the legal ground we rely on:
- Contract performance — we use your email to deliver the subscription you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention and keeping the site working properly.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies. You can pull consent any time.
- Legal obligation — when a law tells us we have to keep something.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, you've got the following rights:
- Right to access — ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Right to rectification — tell us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability — get your data in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Right to object — push back on anything we process under "legitimate interests".
- Right to withdraw consent — for cookies and marketing, switch off any time.
To use any of these rights, hit our contact page. We'll respond within 30 days — usually a lot sooner.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal info we collect and why.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal data. (We don't sell it, but the right exists either way.)
- Be treated the same whether you exercise these rights or not — no penalties for asking.
To file a CCPA request, head to our contact page.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, plus the right to know how we use it. Use our contact page and we'll handle your LGPD request.
8. Data Sharing
We only share your data with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — so your payment actually goes through.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — anonymised, and only after you've accepted cookies.
- Law enforcement — only if a valid legal process requires it.
9. Data Retention
We keep your email for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after — unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records stick around longer (typically 7 years) because tax law says so.
10. Cookies
Yes, we use cookies. For the full list and how to switch them off, see our Cookies Policy.
11. Security
Everything between your browser and our servers travels over HTTPS. Only authorised team members can access subscriber data, and we review our security setup regularly. No system's perfect, but we take it seriously.
12. Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. For anything material, we'll email active subscribers so nothing slips by.
13. Contact
Got a privacy question? Use our contact page — we aim to reply within 48 hours, often faster.
